Sustainable Environment Management
Driven by global carbon reduction and sustainable development trends, industries are facing the challenge of transforming supply chains toward greener practices. In response, the Taiwanese government announced the “2050 Net-Zero Emissions Target” on Earth Day 2021. To align with this target, ITEQ is actively improving
energy efficiency, promoting eco-friendly processes, and advancing resource recycling to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact. In 2024, the Wuxi plant received ISO 14067 Verification – Greenhouse Gases – Carbon Footprint of Products. Going forward, the Company plans to expand this initiative to all
of its plants, optimizing product design and processes to effectively identify carbon reduction opportunities and further reduce its carbon footprint.

Corporate Governance
ITEQ adheres to the principles of honest operations and sustainable development, and is committed to establishing a sound corporate governance structure to ensure that operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements. We continue to strengthen the functions of the board of directors and supervision mechanism of independent directors, and to improve corporate governance standards through sound internal control and risk management to ensure the Company’s long-term competitiveness and development.
We have also actively established a solid cooperative relationship with supply chain partners, formulated the ITEQ Supplier Code of Conduct, and require suppliers to comply with the laws and regulations of the location in which they operate. ITEQ also encourages suppliers to promote downstream suppliers, contractors, and service providers to recognize and adopt the code to jointly create a responsible supply chain system.
In recent years, information security has become an increasingly critical issue for enterprises. ITEQ is committed to strengthening its information security management and system protection measures and enhance employees’ awareness of information security. In 2024, the ITEQ Taiwan plant, continuously improved its policies and specific management plans in line with the updated Information Security Management Practice Guidelines, successfully achieving ISO 27001 certification for information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection. Moving forward, we will continue to extend these practices across all of our factories to enhance overall information security and risk management capabilities.
